An Ayurvedic approach to digestive health

It is well known that a poor diet that consists of processed foods, refined flours and sugars, as well as poor eating habits can all contribute to digestive problems. In addition, chronic stress has been shown to alter the gut microbiota, destroying healthy bacteria and allowing harmful bacteria to proliferate.
