Daily Liver Flush for your health and vitality!

Today, we wanted to share California herbalist Jennifer Moore’s Liver Flush Recipe to cleanse the liver and promote a healthier elimination system. She recommends drinking this daily, one-half hour before breakfast.

Liver Flush:

Combine the juice of 2 oranges and 1 lemon, 2 pressed garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil.

Mix vigorously and drink.

This is recommended to prevent liver disease and promote good skin tone, better hair texture and lots more energy.
