Go Green: Your body will love it!

It’s St. Patrick's Day again and what a great day to start going green;-)

A green healthy smoothie is a perfect way to start a busy day since you will undoubtedly need all the energy you can get to tackle your busy schedule.

THE ENERGIZER - GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss spinach and water into the blender. Blend together until all the leafy chunks are gone. 

Add mango, pineapple, banana, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
