1 cup Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp avocado
2 large soft Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients except ice in a high-speed blender or Nutribullet. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add ice and blend until thickened. Add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
